Data is sourced from the STR hotel survey, with participating hotels providing daily performance data that is aggregated and averaged for monthly reporting.

Please note the following:

• NT-level hotel accommodation data will not be updated until the week commencing Monday, 22 June 2026. 
• May 2026 hotel figures for Darwin and Alice Springs is based on the latest dataset, capturing dates 1 - 30 May 2026.
