Tourism and Events NT, in partnership with ATEC, is excited to announce the Distribution Development Program for 2026-27, a tailored development opportunity for Northern Territory tourism and hospitality businesses ready to build or grow in their trade distribution journey.
The program is designed to equip you and your business with knowledge, tools and connections to navigate international trade, including access to trade events, mentoring and market insights.
Participants will receive:
- 2 x in-person workshops with ATEC designed to grow your understanding of the tourism distribution system and the long-term value of working with international trade.
- trade show development famil at ATEC Meeting Place (including travel expenses*)
- 1:1 mentoring with a dedicated distribution mentor
- Invitation to participate in a Tourism and Events NT trade event.
Registration cost: $400 (total program valued at over $7,000).
Key Dates
27 - 29 October 2026 - Workshop 1 and trade show famil (ATEC Meeting Place in Hobart)
February 2027 - Workshop 2 (Darwin or Alice Springs)
March 2027 - Tourism and Events NT trade event (Sydney)
*Travel expenses (flights and accommodation only) to workshops are included in the program. Participants will also be eligible to access subsidised ATEC membership.
