The Northern Territory Aboriginal Tourism Forum (Forum) is hosted by Tourism and Events NT. The Forum will celebrate the NT Aboriginal tourism sector and focus on opportunities to share knowledge and experiences, and establish and strengthen relationships between Aboriginal entrepreneurs, private sector, industry, government and non-government organisations.
Expression of interest opportunity for Aboriginal Territorians residing in the Northern Territory
Tourism and Events NT are providing limited support for Aboriginal Territorians to attend the Forum and the Destination NT events. Support can be requested for registrations, travel and accommodation. To be eligible to submit an expression of interest, you must:
- be aged 18 years or over;
- be an Aboriginal resident of the Northern Territory based in a regional or remote area (100km or more outside Alice Springs); and
- operate a tourism business or be interested in starting a tourism business.
Priority consideration will be given to applicants who currently operate a tourism business.
